The winner of the Subli Cup 2025-2026 for five-year-old dressage horses is Perfect Ritme (by Lord Europe). Kim Noordijk rode the gelding to a clear victory with a score of 89.4%. The pair received the highest score for trot and canter (9.6). The prospect as a dressage horse earned a 9.5 and the rideability a 9. They received a seven for the walk. Kim Noordijk was also the best with Perfect Ritme in the semi-finals. Kim rode the gelding to 82.6 in Harmelen.

Van Liere and Simonse

Dinja van Liere finished in second place with the five-year-old Hanoverian Succession (by Secret). Their total score was 82.40. Her scores were close together. She scored an 8.5 for her potential as a dressage horse. They received an 8.3 for the canter and an 8.2 for the trot and rideability. The walk was rated 8. Margriet Simonse was not far behind Dinja van Liere. Margriet received 82.2 with Hexagon’s Popeye (by Double Dutch). The rideability and potential as a dressage horse earned an 8.5. The canter was awarded an 8.3 and the trot an 8. They received a 7.8 for the walk.

“I could only enjoy it”

“It went fantastically. Perfect Ritme entered the ring and felt at ease. I could only enjoy it. He was still a little nervous with the course explorer, but he won’t let me down easily. He gives his all in the ring. He has three great basic gaits and a very good character. The audience went wild too.

Goosebumps and butterflies

“It was his first time in such a big ring. It’s really fantastic to ride here. When you enter the arena, you get goosebumps and butterflies in your stomach. He has already competed in a few international shows, but there weren’t that many spectators there. Competitions like Jumping Amsterdam are something you can only dream of.”

“Perfect Ritme picks things up quickly”

“Perfect Ritme cooperates well with everything and picks things up quickly. I’ve never had such a good horse. I ride him for owners, so you know there’s a chance he might be sold. Now we’re going to focus on the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in the summer.”
