The world top of the jumping and dressage riders is preparing for the new indoor season of the FEI World Cup™.  The World Cup Circuit 2018/2019 will start again in October. Of course, the World Cup circuit also comes to the Netherlands. During Jumping Amsterdam (24-27 January 2019) there is a qualification for both dressage and jumping. During Indoor Brabant (March 14-17, 2019) the final WB qualification for the dressage season is on the program. The final for both disciplines is from 3 to 7 April in Gothenburg, Sweden.

In various leagues all over the world, riders can collect points for the final. Per league it is different how many riders are delegated to the final. From the Western European League, 9 dressage riders and 18 jumping riders are allowed to go to the final.

Jumping
The world cup season 2018/2019 for the jumping riders will start in Oslo (11-14 October). The World Cup points in the Longines FEI World Cup ™ for the jumping riders are divided into a special competition, the main category of the competition, which is always held on Saturday or Sunday.

Dressage
The dressage riders have their first World Cup qualification in the Danish Herning (17-21 October). First each combination rides a Grand Prix test, after which the best combinations can go to the Freestyle. The World Cup points are distributed in this Freestyle.

Jumping Amsterdam
In 2019 the FEI Jumping World Cup™ returns to Jumping Amsterdam. With this the event has both the world cup jumping and dressage in the program. On Saturday the 26th of January 2019 the FEI Dressage World Cup ™ Freestyle and on Sunday the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup ™. In addition to these two beautiful competitions, Jumping Amsterdam has a lot more to offer. More information about the complete program can be found here.
